Sunday Worship
Sunday worship and Sunday School are held every Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
In keeping with our Anglican roots, we use a traditional, conservative, liturgical worship format. We are led in worship by service leaders from a variety of Protestant denominations. The minister from Unity United Church conducts one service a month, and he and other ministry personnel are available for baptisms, marriages, and funerals. For information on special service times (i.e. Christmas Eve service) check the church notice section of the Macklin Hometown Connections or contact the church secretary. |
Sunday School
Evesham Sunday School has an enthusiastic group of children in three graded classes. The children range in age from 4 to 17 years old.
Sunday School lessons are Bible-based and non-denominational. Music plays a big part at Evesham and is used to convey the gospel message in a format that will be remembered for a lifetime. The Sunday School puts on an annual Christmas concert and potluck supper, and hosts a church picnic in June. |
